As you can tell, my name is Shang-Lin. That is my first name and not my full name.

So, who am I?

The basics: Female, black hair, brown eyes.

I am Chinese by ethnicity, American by birth.

I am a Caltech graduate. I have a BS degree from Caltech in Engineering and Applied Science, concentrating in Computer Science. Caltech did not offer a "real" Computer Science undergrad degree untilafter I graduated. For those who don't know, Caltech is a very difficult and very highly-ranked college.

I do tai chi chuan. I also do ballroom dancing and swing dancing. My main focus is learning or figuring out the physical techniques that are shared across multiple styles of martial arts and dance.
